How to Descale Your Machine

Follow these 5 simple steps

Prepare Machine
Switch off and let cool. Ensure no premix in water lines.

Mix Solution
Use approved descaler. Mix with water per instructions. Pour into tank.

Run Cycle
Turn on. Dispense hot water through lines. Let solution sit.

Flush System
Empty tank. Refill with clean water. Run until clear.
5
Final Check
Refill premix. Dispense and discard first cups. Taste test.
Important Note

If your location has very hard water or heavy usage, you may need to descale more often than once a month. Our team can recommend a schedule based on your site.
