Shipping policy
At Chai Hai, we ship to both Canada and the U.S.A
Shipping costs are determined based on the weights/order count of the items. Shipments are through FedEx if outside Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and local delivery through company's own carrier.
Shipping Time:
- We strive to ship orders within 24-48 hours from the time the order was placed, except on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday.
- If preparation of the item or stock availability takes time beyond 48 hours, we will inform the customer about the delay.
- Once the order is shipped, we provide the customer with tracking details, which can be used to track the order as per our logistic partner's message.
Delivery Time:
- Dispatch and deliveries are done across Canada within 3-8 working days, subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions, and something out of human control.
- Shipments originating from the GTA, Ontario and Surrey, BC are usually shipped within 72 working hours.
Shipping Charges:
- All prices are inclusive of Tax.
- If the shipping cost is applicable, it shall be shown at the time of checkout, and the customer will be aware of it before making payment.
Packaging & Handling Charges:
- There are no additional charges for packaging and handling.
Returns:
- Currently, we do not have a return policy.
- In case the package is damaged during the shipping process, please provide clear photos of the outer carton and damaged products to validate the complaint.
- Write to us at sales@chaihai.ca within 24 hours of delivery of the product.
- The damage of the product will be considered only if there is damage to the product more than 30% of the total goods shipped, not the packaging.
