Service Terms and Conditions - Chai Hai Machines

SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITION

Chai Hai warranties apply to machines purchased within Greater Toronto Area (GTA), ON and Surrey, BC only.

This limited warranty covers 6 months of manufacturing warranty on all the machine models purchased through chaihai.ca

This warranty covers all defects in materials parts inside the machine not the external body.

A warranty after service of 6 months will apply only to parts replaced during repair. 

We provide after sales services across other province in Canada via video calls and an online machine parts shop exclusive to chai machines models.

We ship via FedEx across Canada. Express delivery services available. 

The machine parts and transportation cost from our location 87 Thornmount Dr #31, Scarborough, ON M1B 5S5 be charged in addition to fixed service cost for after warranty services, parts and labor.

An additional charge of 15% will be added for parts opened by unauthorized persons.

Warranty on machines does not cover problems arising from accidental damage, negligence, power surge, water or fire, improper ventilation, pest, misuse or any cause that is beyond the control of our service team and company.

Our customers may also purchase our Extended Warranty Plan (EWP) for the services where all parts of the machine are covered under warranty.

12 months Full Protection Plan - $200

SAME DAY SERVICE CHARGES

"IF" possible for the our service department to perform same day service an additional charges will apply. Requiring service must contact before 1pm.
