Service Terms and Conditions
Chai Hai warranties apply to machines purchased within Greater Toronto Area (GTA), ON and Surrey, BC only.
Limited Warranty
This limited warranty covers 6-12 months of manufacturing warranty and 1 year of labour warranty (GTA, ON and Surrey, BC area only) on all machine models purchased through Chai Hai.
This warranty covers all defects in materials parts inside the machine not the external body or parts.
A warranty after service of 6 months will apply only to parts replaced during repair.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty on machines does not cover problems arising from:
- Accidental damage or negligence
- Power surge, water or fire damage
- Improper ventilation or pest damage
- Misuse or unauthorized repairs
- Any cause beyond our control
Fixed Service Cost

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are subject to applicable taxes. Prices do not include shipping and insurance cost.

- Cleaning, descaling and testing of all functions
- Exit diagnostic
- Final cleaning
Service Protection Plan
Our customers may also purchase our Extended Warranty Plan (EWP) for the services where all parts of the machine are covered under warranty.
12 months Full Protection Plan - $200
24 months Full Protection Plan - $375
Additional Services
We provide after sales services across other provinces in Canada via video calls and an online machine parts shop exclusive to chai machines models. We ship via FedEx, UPS and Purolator across Canada. Express delivery services available.
